What is their purpose in life?
Is good leadership only about caring about your employees and achieving the numbers?

We see a lot of successful people around us. We feel they may have been outrightly lucky or may be possessing special talents.
Ultimately, it is about persistence.
It is pretty normal for the auto sector, financial services, hospitality, and so many other industries where employees work from office everyday.
