Are people really open to the idea of limitless possibilities?
It takes courage, guts and so much more..
I met Arun Bhati a few months back.
He looked like a normal corporate guy turned entrepreneur. But there’s more to what meets the eye.
He launched Orahi- India’s first ridesharing company (India’s Bla Bla!), which was a boon for the office goers in Delhi NCR pre Covid.
He now runs multiple ventures – provides technology to many schools in Gurgaon for GPS enablement of buses, provides IOT service to European clients through a JV and has developed an in-house course on entrepreneurship which is being taught across some schools.
I was amazed.
I happened to ask him on how he managed so many different ventures.
He said he focusses his energy on just one thing – hiring the best people and letting them do their job!
He has a big tech team comprising Gen Z and the millennials who happily come to office 5 days a week.
Incidentally, Orahi has been re-certified as a Great Place to Work company.
I asked him on what next?
Well, he wants to create a million young entrepreneurs in India by reaching out to hundreds and thousands of schools.
He smiled as he shared his vision of limitless possibilities.
रुक जाना नहीं तू कहीं हार के
काँटों पे चलके मिलेंगे साए बहार के
