It used to be a herculean task a few years back.
Well, I still remember the time when I decided to start sharing a letter periodically.
Would I have enough substance to keep publishing one every week?
I wasn’t sure in 2021 and thus settled on a fortnightly frequency.
It literally used to take me a few days to compose the next letter for I used to look out for topics I could write on.
It was after a few weeks that I decided to encapsulate learnings from everyday events and share it in the form of a story.
This took the burden off my shoulders and I shifted to a weekly mode.
Thus, the journey of the storyletter started.
This letter is no longer a task but has become a part of my life.
Each week, I simply share something which I experienced recently which I believe may add value to your life.
The previous story letter was about the realisation of a short life.
The story letter two weeks back was about my visit to the stadium to watch an IPL match and how it rekindled my ultimate dream (no it’s not playing cricket but performing live!).
Last week I published my 150th story letter!!
The letter goes out to a few thousand people each week .
The letter has helped enhance my expressions over the years.
The people who reply each week do so for they genuinely felt touched by the contents – there’s no algorithm at work 🙂
Looking forward to a double century in May 2025!
